Split Clerical Title
Split off the part of the recipient's Capital's Clerical Region that lies within a chosen secular Ruler's Realm into a new Clerical Title, centered on their Capital, and grant it to a chosen Clergy member The split follows the chosen secular Ruler's borders: the new Clerical Title covers only the Counties they hold within this Clerical Region, so a larger Realm splits off more
