Crusader Kings III 1.20.1.2 · By God Alone

Cardinals

The College of Cardinals elects the Pope. A cleric is made a cardinal by the head of the College (Appoint Cardinal), and a ruler can ask for their court chaplain to be raised to it.

Crusader Kings III has 55 cardinal titles seated in Rome; 4 interactions create, request or remove a cardinalate: Appoint Cardinal, Request Cardinalate for Court Chaplain, Strip Cardinalate and Give Cardinal Order. Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/landed_titles/07_pam_ecclesiastical_titles.txt and game/common/character_interactions/pam_interactions.txt.
