Theocratic Elective is a succession law in Crusader Kings III: The Cardinals of the College of Cardinals elect a Title Heir from among their own number; every Cardinal is both an Elector and a candidate. Cardinals with the highest Papabile Score are likely to receive more votes. Modifiers: Rite Creation and Reformation Cost +300%, Travel Speed +15, Travel Safety +15, Enemy hostile scheme success chance max -20%, Enemy hostile scheme success chance growth -2%. Passing it costs 500 prestige before modifiers. Patch 1.20.0.3, from game/common/laws/00_succession_laws.txt.
