The game also links it as Court Chaplains, Court Chaplain's, Court Chaplains'.
From the game's encyclopedia
The Court Chaplain is the Councillor in charge of religious and spiritual affairs in Faiths with the Lay Clergy Doctrine.
Faiths with the Theocratic Doctrine have the far more powerful (and troublesome) Realm Priest instead of a Court Chaplain.
