Fortified Region (modifier ID tgp_stationed_troops_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the All Under Heaven files. It gives Holding Taxes +10%, Control Growth +20%, Stationed Men-at-Arms Damage +10%, Fort Level +2. The script puts it on a province. One place in the game's script adds it: Weaponize Monks (contract). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_tgp_modifiers.txt.
