Enhanced Diplomacy (modifier ID fp2_single_synergy_diplomacy_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the The Fate of Iberia files. It gives Diplomacy +3, Stress Gain +15%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Synergize Friendship (interaction). 4 places remove it. Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/03_dlc_fp2_modifiers.txt.
