Army-Assisted Reconstruction (modifier ID tgp_army_reconstruction) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the All Under Heaven files. It gives Building Construction Cost -10%, Building Construction Time -10%, Control Growth +10%. The script puts it on a province. One place in the game's script adds it: Crumbling Bridge (contract). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_tgp_modifiers.txt.
