It gives Stress Loss -15%, Enemy Hostile Scheme Phase Length 20 days slower per Scheme Phase, Enemy Scheme Secrecy -20%, Enemy hostile scheme success chance -10%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: A Visit From the Dead (event pam_secular_faith_events.0029). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/pam_secular_faith_modifiers.txt.
