Concerted Rebuilding Effort (modifier ID ep3_rebuild_effort_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Roads to Power files. It gives Plague Resistance +5, Supply Limit +15%, Development Growth +20%, Popular Opinion +10. The script puts it on a county. One place in the game's script adds it: Hungry Times (contract).
