A Grand Realm (modifier ID ach_no_reforms_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Coronations files. It gives Stress Loss +10%, Stress Gain -10%, Vassal Opinion +5. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: The Vastness of … (event coronation_events_klank.1011). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_ach_modifiers.txt.
