Spiritual Fulfillment
The game also links it as Fulfillment.
From the game's encyclopedia
Spiritual Fulfillment is the measurement of how at peace a Character feels in respect to their Faith.
The baseline is calculated based on the Traits they have, and whether they are considered Sinful or Virtuous.
Spiritual Fulfillment can be gained or lost by acting in ways that the Faith considers appropriate, and Personal Tenets can be adopted to offset harmful traits.
