The Minister of Justice is the Minister in charge of legal affairs and assisting Son of Heaven to maintain a righteous rule.
The minister can, for example:
• Start the Establish Control Great Project
• Use Imprison Interaction on Vassals and Courtiers, who cannot refuse
• Use Grant Pardon Interaction on Characters who have committed Crimes
• Use Find Secrets (Scheme) Interaction to find Secrets in Vassal Courts and Imprison or pardon known Criminals
• Exposing Secrets will trigger Minister of Justice exposed a Governor Dynastic Cycle Catalyst
• Access special Influence Career Interaction options
