The Minister of Personnel is the Minister in charge of all matters related to Appointments and can greatly impact the Candidate Score of other Characters.
The minister can, for example:
• Use Request Retirement Interaction to fire Governors regardless of the Retirement Age Law
• Invite any type of Courtier with the Summon Courtiers for the Celestial Bureau Decision
• Compel acceptance of the Offer Courtier and Demand Courtier Interactions
• Access special Influence Career Interaction options, and at a reduced cost
