Well-funded Hospices (modifier ID well_funded_hospices_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Danger -10, Plague Resistance +15. The script puts it on a province. One place in the game's script adds it: Hospitable Hospices (event travel_events_oltner_2.1010). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_travel_modifiers_oltner.txt.
