Burned Orchard (modifier ID travel_burned_orchard_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Development Growth -10%, County Fertility Consumption +5%, Holding Taxes -10%, Building Construction Time +5%. The script puts it on a county. One place in the game's script adds it: A Snapped Twig (event travel_events.2010). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_travel_modifiers.txt.
