Alone with Strangers (modifier ID travel_alone_with_strangers_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Travel Safety -25. The script puts it on a travel plan. One place in the game's script adds it: Pilgrimage (activity). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_travel_modifiers.txt.
