Dual Bracers (modifier ID tournament_two_bracers_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Prowess +1, Stress Loss +5%, Courtier and Guest Opinion -5, Hastiluder Trait Experience Gain +10%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Bowyer: Brace Yourself (event ep2_locale_events.4050). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_activity_tournament_modifiers.txt.
