Well-Equipped Soldiers (modifier ID tgp_well_equipped_soldiers_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the All Under Heaven files. It gives Stationed Men-at-Arms Damage +10%, Stationed Men-at-Arms Toughness +5%. The script puts it on a province. One place in the game's script adds it: Missing Equipment (contract). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_tgp_modifiers.txt.
