Reduced Tax Burden (modifier ID tgp_reduced_taxes_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the All Under Heaven files. It gives Popular Opinion +10, Control Growth +20%, Holding Taxes -20%. The script puts it on a province. One place in the game's script adds it: Burdensome Taxes (contract). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_tgp_modifiers.txt.
