Preparing for Conflict (modifier ID tgp_japan_war_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the All Under Heaven files. It gives Levy Size +20%, Stress Gain +25%, Monthly Gold Income while at War +10%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: The Tale of the … (event tgp_japan_career.0001). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_tgp_modifiers.txt.
