A Safe Location (modifier ID tgp_finding_safe_spot_character_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the All Under Heaven files. It gives Learning per Stress Level +1, Stress Gain +10%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Waking Nightmare (event natural_disaster_flavor_events.0005). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_tgp_natural_disasters_modifiers.txt.
