Festival Prosperity (modifier ID tgp_festival_prosperity) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the All Under Heaven files. It gives Holding Taxes +5%. The script puts it on a county. One place in the game's script adds it: liege_festival_prosperity (activity pulse). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_tgp_az_modifiers.txt.
