Discovered Agents (modifier ID sent_assassin_back_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Tours and Tournaments files. It gives Stress Gain +15%, Enemy Hostile Scheme Phase Length 40 days slower per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Danger: Killer Charm (event travel_events.3130). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/04_ep2_modifiers.txt.
