Subversive Tactics (modifier ID party_baron_subversive_tactics_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Hostile Scheme Phase Length 20 days faster per Scheme Phase, Hostile scheme success chance +10%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: A Never-ending Feast (event party_baron.3004). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_party_baron_modifiers.txt.
