Heaven's Favor (modifier ID mpo_heavens_favor_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Khans of the Steppe files. It gives Scheme Secrecy +10%, Hostile Scheme Phase Length 10 days faster per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: A Sublime Vision (event mpo_events_tova.0030). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/09_mpo_modifiers_2.txt.
