A Noble Carving (modifier ID kings_carving_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Tours and Tournaments files. It gives Popular Opinion +5, Monthly county control growth +1/month. The script puts it on a county. One place in the game's script adds it: A Memento (event tour_grounds_events.3016). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/04_ep2_modifiers.txt.
