Looking the Other Way (modifier ID fp3_looking_the_other_way_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Legacy of Persia files. It gives Stress Loss +15%, Stress Gain -15%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Popular with the People (event fp3_clan.8009). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/01_dlc_fp3_modifiers.txt.
