Gratifying Complaints (modifier ID feast_gratifying_complaints_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Stress Gain -25%, Stress Loss +25%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: The Insufferable Wait (event feast_default.1002). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_activity_feast_modifiers.txt.
