Closed Barracks (modifier ID epidemic_closed_barracks) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Legends of the Dead files. It gives Stationed Men-at-Arms Damage -20%, Stationed Men-at-Arms Toughness -20%. The script puts it on a province. One place in the game's script adds it: Invisible Enemy (event epidemic_events.2003). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/06_ce1_modifiers.txt.
