Black Sheep (modifier ID ep3_black_sheep) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Roads to Power files. It gives Natural Dread +10, Dread Gain +25%, Enemy Hostile Scheme Phase Length 20 days faster per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: A Disgrace to the Family (event ep3_decisions_event.5002). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/07_ep3_modifiers.txt.
