Authoritarian Voice (modifier ID ep2_wedding_authoritarian_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Dread Gain +20%, Dread Decay -20%, Natural Dread +10. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: New Family (event ep2_wedding.1121). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_activity_wedding_modifiers.txt.
