Retract

The game also links it as Retracted, Retraction, Retractions, Retracting.

From the game's encyclopedia

At Limited Crown Authority or higher, Rulers can Retract the Vassal of a Vassal, but unless the latter is Imprisoned this is risky, for the Vassal may refuse and rise up in rebellion.

Vassal Retraction is considered Tyrannical unless the target is guilty of a fairly severe Crime.
