Primary Spouse

In Polygamous Faiths, Rulers must choose one of their Spouses to be their Primary Spouse. A ruler's Primary Spouse gains increased Fertility with them, increased Opinion of them, and may serve on their Council.

Primary Spouse is an entry of Crusader Kings III's in-game encyclopedia. The game explains it: "In Polygamous Faiths, Rulers must choose one of their Spouses to be their Primary Spouse."
