Game concept

Contract Scheme

The game also links it as Contract Schemes, Contract Scheme's, Contract Schemes', Contract.

From the game's encyclopedia

Many Contracts require Adventurers to successfully complete a Scheme.

These can be harmful (like murdering a Contractor's Rival), pleasant (like simply telling stories to entertain their Court for a few months), or innocuous (like transcribing texts for them).

If the Scheme is failed or abandoned for any reason, the Contract is failed too.
