Game concept

Abbot

From the game's encyclopedia

An Abbot is the Ruler of a Monastic Order and the Head of Rite of the Rite their order champions, guiding its members in study, contemplation, and the spread of its Tenets.

An order may be supported by a Monastic Order Patron, whose Patronage grants it wealth and influence.

Upon an Abbot's death, their Titles pass to a successor, usually their Courtier with the highest Learning.
