Expunged Bandits (modifier ID warfare_expunged_bandits_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Popular Opinion +20, Danger -10. The script puts it on a county. One place in the game's script adds it: Mercy for the Mercenaries (event martial_authority.1031). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_martial_lifestyle_modifiers.txt.
