It gives Glory Hound Vassal Opinion (Same Culture) +15, Courtly Vassal Opinion (Same Culture) +15, Same Culture Opinion +10, Different Culture Opinion -20, Cultural head fascination -50%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: A Birthright, Renewed (event bp2_yearly.6090). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/05_bp2_modifiers.txt.
