Prized Generosity (modifier ID tgp_japan_prized_generosity_county_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the All Under Heaven files. It gives Development Growth +5%, Popular Opinion +10. The script puts it on a county. One place in the game's script adds it: Festival Rumble (event festival.022). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_tgp_japan_modifiers.txt.
