Care of the Harem (modifier ID tgp_harem_medical_treatment_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the All Under Heaven files. It gives Disease Resistance (Health) +1. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Attend to Concubines' Wellness (court task). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_tgp_modifiers.txt.
