Terrain Insight (modifier ID terrain_knowledge_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Skirmisher Damage +25%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: On the Right Foot (event cultural_festival.2002). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_activity_tour_modifiers.txt.
