Well Mannered (modifier ID statecraft_well_mannered_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives General Opinion +5. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: A Flaw of Character (event diplomacy_family.0008). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_diplomacy_lifestyle_modifiers.txt.
