Sneaking Suspicion (modifier ID sneaking_suspicion_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Friends and Foes files. It gives Close Family Opinion +10, Stress Gain +10%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Scrambling for Answers (event bp1_yearly.5740). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/01_dlc_bp1_modifiers.txt.
