Smithy Investment (modifier ID smithy_investment_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Holding Taxes +10%. The script puts it on a province. One place in the game's script adds it: A Word of Advice (event stewardship_wealth.5002). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_event_modifiers.txt.
