I Know They Know (modifier ID seduce_intrigue_knowing_knowledge_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Enemy Hostile Scheme Phase Length 2 days slower per Scheme Phase, Intrigue +1. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: A Web (event seduce_ongoing.6031). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_seduce_character_modifiers.txt.
