Recently Bartered (modifier ID recently_bartered_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Building Construction Time -10%, Development Growth +0.3/month, Holding Taxes +10%. The script puts it on a province. One place in the game's script adds it: on_barter_action_completion (on action). 1 place removes it. Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_province_modifiers.txt.
