Ranged and Searched (modifier ID ranged_and_searched_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Khans of the Steppe files. It gives County Fertility Consumption -30%, Control Growth +30%. The script puts it on a county. One place in the game's script adds it: The Cangue-Wearer (event mpo_nomad_events.1080). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/09_mpo_modifiers.txt.
