Present Ruler (modifier ID present_ruler) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Legends of the Dead files. It gives Legitimacy Gain +10%, Popular Opinion +10. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Safe and Sound (event epidemic_events.5008). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/06_ce1_modifiers.txt.
