Peasant Influx (modifier ID peasant_influx_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Popular Opinion +5, Development Growth +10%. The script puts it on a county. One place in the game's script adds it: Lower Consequences (event tour_travel.3130). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_activity_tour_modifiers.txt.
