Exiled Local Nithing (modifier ID nithing_exiled_fp1_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the The Northern Lords files. It gives Popular Opinion +50, Holding Taxes +10%. The script puts it on a county. One place in the game's script adds it: Calls for … to be Declared Nithing (event fp1_yearly.0011). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/01_dlc_fp1_modifiers.txt.
