Travel: Bad Omens (modifier ID negative_roadside_reading_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Tours and Tournaments files. It gives Stress Gain +15%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Of Travels to Come (event travel_events.4000). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/04_ep2_modifiers.txt.
